探讨全身关正反应综合征（SRS）在急性肺损伤（ALI）中的临床价值。结果表明．SIRS对于ALI和ARDS的诊断具有高度敏感度，但特异性差；SIRS的严重程度与ALI和ARDS的死亡率及多器官功能障碍综合征（MODS）的发生率密切相关。
To investigate the clinical value of systemic reactive syndrome (SRS) in acute lung injury (ALI). The results show. SIRS is highly sensitive to the diagnosis of ALI and ARDS, but its specificity is poor. The severity of SIRS is closely related to the mortality of ALI and ARDS and the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).
