患者杨××,女,63岁,住院号78—01056,因不规则阴道流血8年,阴道内脱出一肿物28天,伴排尿困难一周,于1978年4月28日入院。患者自诉8年前患疟疾后发现于大便后似有一物脱出于阴道口伴出血,便后可以送回阴道内。六年前曾突然从阴道脱出一鸡蛋大的肿物,经上托二次方回纳。于28日前因大便秘结,过度用力后,自觉有一肿物从阴道口脱出,上托失败。阴道水样分泌物很多,妨碍行走。近一周来排尿困难伴发热,曾先后于外地医院治
