陆逊梯卡集团(Luxottica Group)联合首席执行官Enrico Cavatorta在10月9号和10号两日间以每股40.69欧元的均价共计出售了55万份集团股票,套现2238万欧元。这些股票是集团在2009年向Enrico Cavatorta奖励的股票期权,接手的是集团创始人兼董事局主席Leonardo Del Vecchio旗下的控股公司Delfin。Leonardo Del Vecchio是陆逊梯卡的最大单一股东,在此交易之前,他已通过Delfin将对集团的持股比例增至66.5%。
Enrico Cavatorta, co-chief executive of the Luxottica Group, sold a total of 550,000 shares of the Group for a cash outflow of 22.38 million Euros at an average price of 40.69 euros on the two dates of October 9 and October 10. These shares represent the stock options awarded to Enrico Cavatorta by the group in 2009, taking over Delfin, the holding company of Leonardo Del Vecchio, the group’s founder and chairman of the board. Leonardo Del Vecchio, the largest single shareholder of Lu Xun Tacca, had increased its stake in the group to 66.5% through Delfin prior to the transaction.
