根据弹力型双瓦楞纸板衬垫的夹层板结构特征,建立单层、双层、3层弹力型AB双瓦楞纸板衬垫的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件分析衬垫结构的第一阶固有频率,并与Hoff夹层板理论计算结果、振动试验结果比较,第一阶固有频率和振型基本一致。
According to the sandwich structure characteristics of elastic double corrugated cardboard liner, the finite element model of single-layer, double-layer and three-layer elastic AB double corrugated cardboard liner was established. The first natural frequency of liner structure was analyzed by ANSYS software, Compared with the theoretical calculation results and vibration test results of Hoff sandwich plate, the first natural frequency and vibration mode are basically the same.
