海门港国际集装箱运输业务自1988年开始办理以来,其吞吐量以年平均高于50％的幅度递增。1994年达到10887TEU,比上年递增69％。1995年以来,集装箱发展速度却明显放慢;1—6月份,仅完成4612TEU,比上年同期下降2％;其中日本航线完成812TEU,而香港线仅完成3800TEU,比上年同期下降19.25％。
Since its commencement in 1988, Haimen Port’s international container shipping business has been increasing its annual throughput rate by more than 50%. Reaching 10,887TEU in 1994, an increase of 69% over the previous year. Since 1995, the speed of container development has obviously slowed down. In the first six months, only 4612 TEUs were completed, a decrease of 2% over the same period of last year. Among them, the Japan route completed 812 TEU while the Hong Kong route completed only 3800 TEU, down by 19.25% over the same period of last year.
