我国当前正处在经济转型期的机遇期和挑战期,各产业的人才水平已经成为促进与引领中国经济转型的重要因素。西藏作为极具特色的民族地区,其旅游产业已经成为经济发展的重要支柱,需要更加丰富和优质的高技能人才。当前,西藏旅游产业的发展需求对高技能人才的培养提出了新要求,迫切需要推动和加快西藏旅游产业高技能人才资源开发与培养。
At present, China is in the period of economic transition and the challenge period. Talent levels of various industries have become an important factor in promoting and leading China’s economic restructuring. As a very distinctive nationality, Tibet has become an important pillar of its economic development. Its tourism industry needs more skilled and highly skilled personnel. At present, the development needs of the tourism industry in Tibet have set new requirements for the cultivation of highly-skilled personnel and there is an urgent need to promote and speed up the development and cultivation of highly-skilled personnel resources in the tourism industry in Tibet.
