大法官麦崇楷是广东省高级人民法院原院长、党组书记,因涉嫌受贿,于去年12月24日被北京市第一中级人民法院一审判处有期徒刑15年,没收个人财产15万元人民币,并追缴其余在案赃物。他在中央纪委查处期间,经组织长时间的耐心教育和帮助,交代了自己所犯的罪行,并认识到这一罪行的严重性以及给党和人民造成的危害,向中央纪委工作组和中央纪律检查委员会写下了《我的反省》一文,现作为反面教材刊登如下,望广大党员干部从中汲取教训,引以为戒,受到深刻的教育。
