2006年,注定要成为浦东开发开放历史上浓墨重彩的关键年份。这一年,浦东在前十五年开发打下浓厚基础之上,迈上新五年的发展征程。区委七届一次全会通过的“十一五”规划建议为浦东描绘了新的蓝图。这一年,浦东将深化综合配套改革的试点,确定的建设创新浦东、和谐浦东和国际化浦东的三大战略任务,将开创浦东开发开放宏伟事业的新局面。这一年,浦东将在全面完成世博动迁的基础上,全面谋划世博会的建设,将进一步促进城区与郊区的和谐发展,建设成城郊一体、社会和谐、生态宜居的新城区。承载着太多的希望,承载着太多的光荣任务,2006年初胜利召开的新区二届人大五次会议和政协新区二届四次会议理所当然地为万众瞩目。代表和委员们带着人民的嘱托在会上积极、活跃建言献策,共同谋商浦东新一年和今后五年的发展大计。本刊摘要部分代表和委员的发言内容,也许会给关注浦东新一轮发展的人们留下启迪。
