工会经费收交是工会财务的主要工作之一。为了及时、足额收好经费,我们在抓好当年经费收交的同时,有组织、有计划地对上一年度工会经费收入开展了“查工资总额,查职工人数,查拨解率,补拨、补交拖欠经费”的工作,收到了较好的效果。我们的具体作法是:周密计划,分步实施。具体分三个阶段:一、准备阶段。这个阶段主要是层层发动、准备查补资料。我们多次召开工会主席、工会财务人员、工会财务互助组组长会议,宣传依法拨交经费及“三查一补”工作的意义,拟订调查测算计划,印制查补工作用表。这些是“三查一补”工作的基础,通过文件和会议,我们把具体工作落实到各基层工会。
