采用高效液相色谱法测定血清中利复星药物浓度 ,8例肺结核患者口服 40 0mg利复星后 ,血峰浓度于1 2 2h到达 ,为 4 52± 0 72mg/L ,一次给药 2 4h后最低血药浓度为 0 52± 0 2 6mg/L ,AUC为 48 35± 5 38mgh/L ,半衰期为 6 4 9± 1 70h ,表观分布容积V/FC为 77 4 8± 8 33/L ,证明患者 2 4小时体内血药浓度维持在最低杀菌浓度MBC之上。
