回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年1月应用甘精胰岛素与伏格列波糖分散片联合治疗、疗程超过12周的39例初发、高龄2型糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果 39例患者中有8例最终改为优泌乐50强化治疗方案,31例患者血糖及Hb A1c控制满意,所有患者在用甘精胰岛素加伏格列波糖分散片方案治疗期间发生低血糖共计4次,2例患者不能耐受伏格列波糖,腹胀、排气增多等不良反应轻微。结论甘精胰岛素联合伏格列波糖分散片治疗高龄2型糖尿病患者是一种安全、有效、简便、依从性好的治疗方案。
The clinical data of 39 patients with newly diagnosed and advanced type 2 diabetes who were treated with combination of insulin glargine and voglibose in the period of January 2010 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 39 patients, 8 were eventually treated with Urged 50, and 31 were satisfied with the control of blood glucose and Hb A1c. All patients underwent hypoglycemia during treatment with insulin glargine and vuglibose A total of 4 times, 2 patients can not tolerate voglibose, bloating, increased exhaust and other adverse reactions minor. Conclusion Glargard and Voglibose dispersible tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is a safe, effective, simple and good compliance treatment.
