本文应用方差分析、聚类分析和典型相关分析的方法研究了山楂叶螨和苹果全爪螨混合为害对苹果叶片及果实的影响。作者把苹果产量及品质看成是在一定气候条件及管理水平下有相互关系的4组性状(叶螨为害因素、叶片生理因素、果实品质因素及产量因素)综合作用的表现。结果表明:(1)光合强度对叶螨为害反应敏感,叶绿素含量、叶片含水量及单叶鲜重次之。(2)上述4组性状存在着明显的“同步性”,因而可以直接根据第一组性状来预测和评价其余性状变异的特点。(3)4组性状的典型相关分析结果表明,第一组与第二组性状的相关主要由叶面积受害率与叶绿素含量引起;第一组与第三组主要由单叶累计螨量与果实总糖和维生素C含量引起;第一组与第四组主要由单叶累计螨量与单果重引起;第二组与第三组主要由光合强度与果实总糖及维生素C引起;第二组与第四组主要由光合强度与单果重引起。
In this paper, variance analysis, cluster analysis and canonical correlation analysis were used to study the effects of the mixture of hawthorn spider mites and apple pheasants on the apple leaves and fruits. The author regards the yield and quality of apple as the performance of four groups of traits (spider mite damage, leaf physiological, fruit quality and yield) which are correlated with each other under certain climatic conditions and management level. The results showed that: (1) Photosynthetic rate was sensitive to the damage of spider mites, and the content of chlorophyll, leaf water content and leaf fresh weight were the second. (2) There is obvious “synchronization” among the above four traits, so the characteristics of the remaining traits can be predicted and evaluated directly according to the first trait. (3) The results of canonical correlation analysis of four traits showed that the correlation between the first and the second traits was mainly caused by the damage rate of leaf area and the content of chlorophyll; the first and third groups were mainly caused by the accumulation of mite and fruit Total sugar and vitamin C content. The first group and the fourth group were mainly caused by the cumulative mite and the single fruit weight. The second group and the third group were mainly caused by the photosynthesis intensity and the total sugar and vitamin C of the fruit. The second group And the fourth group mainly caused by photosynthetic intensity and fruit weight.
