观察耳炎灵口服液对动物实验性炎症、发热、疼痛的影响,对四种常见致病细菌、流感A3、B型病毒的作用及毒理学实验,结果表明,耳炎灵口服液对急性炎症小鼠耳肿胀、H+所至小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透亢进、大鼠足跖肿有明显抑制作用,对大鼠体温升高、小鼠拟痛反应有明显抑制作用,对上述致病菌和病毒有不同程度抑制作用,急毒总给药量720g/Kg,无小鼠死亡,慢毒显示无蓄积毒性。提示耳炎灵口服液具有抗炎、解热、镇痛、抑菌、抗病毒作用,口服安全。 Observe the effect of otoyanling oral liquid on experimental inflammation, fever, and pain in animals, the effects of four common pathogenic bacteria, influenza A3 and type B viruses, and toxicological experiments.
