新建住宅楼,自行车的存放长期以来是个大难题。一到晚上或碰到雨雪天,各式自行车挤满了狭小的楼梯间,占用了交通面积,使住户出入极为困难;同时也是消防上的一大隐患。有的自行车只能常年停放在室外日晒雨淋。住宅楼附近到处停放自行车,也给环境美化带来了问题。我们建筑设计室从1979年开始着手探讨解决方案,并在当年就设计出一座车棚与住宅配套,经过十年来不断地完善,在使用过程中深得住户好评,较好地解决了住宅区的自行车存放问题。现我室已将其编制成内部重复使用的通用图,给设计带来了方便。
In new residential buildings, the storage of bicycles has long been a big problem. In the evening or in the rain and snow, all types of bicycles are crowded with narrow stairwells and occupy traffic areas, making it difficult for tenants to enter and exit. It is also a major hidden danger in firefighting. Some bicycles can only be parked outdoors for years. Parking bicycles around residential buildings also poses problems for landscaping. Our architectural design office began to explore solutions in 1979, and designed a carport and a residential package in the same year. After ten years of continuous improvement, we have won high praise from residents in the process of use and have solved the bicycles in residential areas. Storage problem. Now our room has compiled it into a universal drawing for internal reuse, which brings convenience to the design.
