肝缺血再灌注损伤(HIRI)的具体机制仍处在研究阶段,包括钙超载线粒体通透转换孔道、氧化应激、缺血再灌注损伤相关炎症因子、核转录因子、热休克蛋白、一氧化氮等。缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)是目前临床上常见的问题,进一步了解IRI机制,以及运用合适的方法去预防、治疗IRI仍然是研究热点。本文结合近年来国内外相关文献,就缺血再灌注损伤的机制及与其相关的保护措施的研究进展做一综述。1线粒体损伤及相应保护措施
Specific mechanisms of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIRI) are still under study and include calcium overload of mitochondrial permeability transition pore, oxidative stress, ischemia-reperfusion injury-associated inflammatory cytokines, nuclear transcription factor, heat shock protein, Nitrogen and so on. Ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is a common clinical problem, to further understand the mechanism of IRI, and the use of appropriate methods to prevent and treat IRI is still a research hot spot. In this paper, combined with recent years, relevant literature at home and abroad, on the mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury and its related protective measures are reviewed. 1 mitochondrial injury and the corresponding protective measures
