Four types of reversible passive sentences in Chinese were used to evaluate the effects of four types of reversible passive sentences on normal adults (n = 45), right hemisphere accidental cerebrovascular accident (n = 31), left hemisphere accidental aphasia (n = 20), left hemisphere cerebrovascular accidental aphasia ) To test whether nonverbal brain damage can cause difficulties in understanding reversible passive sentences. The results show that there is a difference between the aphasia patients and the other three groups of subjects, only aphasia patients can exist reversible passive sentences to listen to understand the difficulties. There was no difference between the four types of reversible fluctuation patterns in the aphasia group. Sensory aphasia, aphasia, complete aphasia three subjects reversible passive listening comprehension scores no difference between the results. At the same time, comparison of the active sentence and the reversible passive sentence of the aphasia group, the control group, the right hemisphere lesion group and the left hemisphere lesion-free aphasia group showed that there was a difference in listening comprehension between the active sentence and the passive sentence in the aphasia group. The understanding of passive sentences shows more difficulties, and there is no difference between the other three groups of passive and passive sentences. Further comparison of the reversible passive sentences and the paraphrase comprehension in the aphasia group makes it more difficult to understand the reversible passive sentences than the paraphrase.
