According to the British “Daily Mail” reported that the American Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology annual meeting announced a study found that eating more fruits and vegetables can help reduce the risk of asthma. Children who do not eat fruits and vegetables or those who can not eat enough fruits and vegetables are the most likely to suffer from asthma and their risk increases by 53%.
