目的:观察复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及安全性。方法:溃疡性结肠炎86例,随机分成试验组及对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,而试验组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊。结果:治疗1个月后,试验组临床症状评分、结肠黏膜的炎症评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01),两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎是安全、有效的。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods: Eighty-one ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group added compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules on the basis of routine treatment. Results: After 1 month of treatment, the score of clinical symptom scores and colonic mucosal inflammation scores of the experimental group were better than that of the control group (P <0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: The compound glutamine enteric capsules adjuvant treatment of ulcerative colitis is safe and effective.
