只要有结婚制度,就会有离婚现象。我国是一个婚姻家庭观念很强的国家,五千年文明的传统教化,以及改革开放后国人思想的急剧开化,造成了现代中国人思想深处传统与判逆的剧烈冲撞,中国的婚姻家庭关系在思想碰撞中呈现出了多样性和复杂性:一方面,传统的人伦常理渗透在人们的日常生活中,婚姻家庭关系有着历史的伦理基础;另一方面,西方文化、思想的渗透,一些传统的婚姻道德观念受到颠覆,人们对爱情、婚姻和性的认识都发生了较大的变化。这两个方面的因素交织在一起,新问题、新情况层出不穷,社会转型时期的婚姻家庭关系变得日趋复杂。在解决离婚的法律问题上,出现了—些中国特有的方式及现象,人们对离婚的社会评价和所持态度也极富多元化。
