2007年杭州写字楼似乎一改往日“温吞水”的局面,在楼市里变得活跃起来。据中国房地产指数研究系统8月监测数据显示,杭州商品住宅所占比重有所下降,7月成交量占总成交量的81.1%;而写字楼市场继续上扬,达到15.6%,较7月又上升了7.5个百分点。
Hangzhou office in 2007 seems to change the past “warm water ” situation, became active in the property market. According to the monitoring data of China Real Estate Index Research System in August, the share of commercial housing in Hangzhou has declined, with the volume of transactions in July accounting for 81.1% of the total volume; while the office market continued to rise, reaching 15.6%, up from July 7.5 percentage points.
