本文简单叙述了经验系数法,散射线内标法的原理,提出了经验系数法计算组成,程序框图,讨论了铂—锡二个元素之间互相影响及样片厚度对测定锡的结果影响情况,给出了二种方法测定催化剂样品的结果,并与化学法进行对照。结果表明经验系数法和散射线内标法都能有效地解决元素之间的干扰影响,取得与化学法基本一致的结果,它们提高了分析催化剂样品的速度和准确度,满足了催化剂研制的要求,本方法测定样品的相对误差小于±2%。
This paper briefly describes the principle of the empirical coefficient method and the internal standard method of scattering line. The empirical coefficient method is used to calculate the composition and the block diagram. The influence of the two elements of platinum and tin and the influence of sample thickness on the determination of tin is discussed. Two methods are given for the determination of the results of the catalyst samples, and compared with the chemical method. The results show that both the empirical coefficient method and the internal standard scattering method can effectively solve the interference between elements and achieve basically consistent results with the chemical method, which improves the speed and accuracy of the analysis of catalyst samples and meets the requirements of catalyst development , The relative error of the method to determine the sample is less than ± 2%.
