目的了解米易县托幼机构消毒工作状况,分析存在问题,以利于改进消毒管理工作。方法对米易县辖区内37所托幼机构的物体表面(包括玩具、毛巾)、工作人员的手、餐(饮)具进行抽样监测。结果监测托幼机构37所,消毒合格21所,合格率为56.76%;监测样品230件,消毒总合格率为84.78%,各类样品的消毒合格率分别为:物体表面91.14%,餐(饮)具86.49%,工作人员的手64.86%。结论米易县托幼机构消毒合格率较低,应加强消毒工作,提高消毒质量,防止传染病传播,确保幼儿身心健康。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection work in Mianyi nurseries and nurses, and to analyze the existing problems in order to improve the disinfection management. Methods The surface of objects (including toys and towels) of 37 nurseries and nurses in Miyi County were sampled and monitored by hand, meal and drink. Results The results showed that 37 nurseries and kindergartens were disinfected and the qualified rate was 56.76%. 230 samples were monitored and the total disinfection rate was 84.78%. The disinfection pass rates of various samples were 91.14% ) With 86.49%, staff’s hand 64.86%. Conclusion Miyi County nursery school disinfection pass rate is low, disinfection should be strengthened to improve the quality of disinfection to prevent the spread of infectious diseases to ensure that children’s physical and mental health.
