网络、手机等新媒体的出现,使得知识的传授和信息的传播模式发生了巨大改变,这些变化也迫使高校辅导员需要更新原有的工作观念和方法,本文在隐性教育的基础上,注重以人为本,探讨大学生思想政治教育的新途径:突出学生主体地位,变欣赏者为创作者,发挥学生主动性,制作思想政治教育相关的文字、图画及视频;创新平台,转变话语权,建立“平等对话”的网络交流平台,让学生放下身份顾虑,敢于在网上表达自己的真实想法;创新形式,变平面为立体,变抽象为形象,构建思想政治教育的可视载体。寓教于乐,寓教于行,寓教于实践,从而丰富大学生思想政治教育的形式,更好的引导学生。
