例1女性,37岁。发现左手掌肿物5个月,肿胀、疼痛4天。查体:左手掌尺侧红肿明显,痛觉敏感,压痛明显,无明显波动感,表皮未见破损,左第5掌指关节活动受限,末梢感觉、血运正常。CT示左手第5掌骨前方软组织内见圆形混合密度影。例2男性,29岁。发现右臀部肿物1年余。查体:右侧臀部皮肤可见一肿物,隆起于皮肤表面,1.5 cm×1 cm大小,质软,无明显疼痛,轻微触压痛,局部皮肤无红肿、破溃、异常分泌物等。实验室检查:2例血、尿常规均正常,血钙、磷和尿酸均正常;例1血碱性磷酸酶正常,例2稍增高。
Example 1 Female, 37 years old. Left hand palpable mass 5 months, swelling, pain for 4 days. Physical examination: ulnar left ulna obvious swelling, pain sensation, tenderness significantly, no significant fluctuations in the sense of no damage to the epidermis, the left five metacarpophalangeal joint activities were limited, distal sensory, normal blood supply. CT showed the left metacarpal soft tissue in front of the 5th see the round mixed density shadow. Example 2 male, 29 years old. I found the right hip mass more than 1 year. Examination: the right hip skin visible a mass, uplift in the skin surface, 1.5 cm × 1 cm size, soft, no obvious pain, slight tenderness, local skin without swelling, ulceration, abnormal secretions. Laboratory tests: 2 cases of blood, urine were normal, serum calcium, phosphorus and uric acid were normal; Example 1 normal blood alkaline phosphatase, Example 2 slightly increased.
