On September 21, the People’s Daily Online Public Opinion Monitoring Room published the “Research Report on the Public Opinion Response Capability of Local Party and Government Organizations in 2012” held by Guiyang at the “2nd Network Political and Public Opinion Monitoring Summit Forum” (hereinafter referred to as “ ”report“). The ”Report" contains a number of major parts such as the Recommendation List of the Public Opinion Response Capability of Party and Government Organizations, the New Changes of the Public Opinion Response Capabilities of the Party and Government Organizations, the 2012 Top Ten Case Awards for Local Public Opinions and the Suggestions on Improving the Public Opinion in the Party and Government Organizations.
