①目的:研究克山病病区粮(EG)饮食大鼠在冷应激条件下,引起心肌缺血的相关因素。②方法:用比色法测定心肌匀浆中一氧化氮(NO)和氧化氮合成酶(NOS),并测定血浆血小板聚集率(PAR)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)。③结果:EG饮食大鼠心肌NO含量和NOS活性降低;PAR明显增高、PT无明显改变,但(KPTT)明显延长,补充Se和/或VE可有不同的改善作用。④结论:EG饮食并经冷应激刺激后心肌NO水平降低和血液凝滞性增高可能是参与缺血缺氧性心肌损伤的重要因素。
①Objective: To study the related factors of myocardial ischemia caused by food stress in Keshan disease ward rats under cold stress. Methods: The contents of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in myocardial homogenate were determined by colorimetric method. The plasma platelet aggregation rate (PAR), prothrombin time (PT) Enzyme Time (KPTT). Results: The content of NO and the activity of NOS in myocardium of EG diet decreased; the PAR was significantly increased but PT did not change significantly, but (KPTT) was prolonged obviously. Supplementation of Se and / or VE had different improvement effect. ④Conclusion: The decrease of NO level and the increase of blood stasis in EG diet and cold stress-induced myocardial injury may be involved in the hypoxic-ischemic myocardial injury.
