乐意液体仓储有限公司是由新加坡乐意集团和深圳南油集团合资兴建的石油化工仓储企业,从事石油产品、液体化工原料的保税仓储、运输和包装,建有3.5万吨级和5千吨级码头各一个,储油罐62个（已投入营运41个,21个在建）,总容积约10万立方米。通常情况下,储存的化工品种类在30种左右,涉及易燃液体、液化石油气、毒害品和腐蚀品等4大类。1992年6月至1995年12月,码头接受船舶停靠超过1000艘,且绝大剖分是外籍油轮,操作方式有船转船过驳、油槽车装油、灌桶以及其它辅助性作业。由于公司的70％投资属新加坡乐意集团,所以管理上由新加坡乐意集团负责。同时,公司的客户大部分属国际跨国石油化工公司,公司的管理上要符合国际惯例,安全管理在某种程度上,同样也要按国际惯例进行,满足客户单位的安全理念。乐意公司经过三年半的努力,在安全管理上已建立了比较完善的安全管理体系。
Happy Liquid Warehousing Co., Ltd. is a petrochemical warehousing company jointly established by Singapore Happy Group and Shenzhen Nanyou Group. It is engaged in bonded warehousing, transportation and packaging of petroleum products and liquid chemical raw materials. It has built 35,000-ton and 5-kiloton docks. Each one has 62 oil storage tanks (41 have been put into operation and 21 are under construction), with a total volume of about 100,000 cubic meters. Under normal circumstances, there are about 30 types of chemical products stored, including flammable liquids, liquefied petroleum gas, toxic chemicals, and corrosive products. From June 1992 to December 1995, the terminal accepted more than 1,000 ships to be docked, and the vast majority of the ships were disbursed by foreign oil tankers. The operations were carried out by ship transfer, tanker loading, irrigation, and other auxiliary operations. Since 70% of the company’s investment is owned by Singapore Happy Group, it is managed by Singapore Happy Group. At the same time, most of the company’s customers are international multinational petrochemical companies. The management of the company must comply with international practices. To a certain extent, safety management must also be conducted in accordance with international practices to meet the safety concept of customers. After a three-and-a-half-year effort, Yueyi Company has established a relatively complete safety management system in its safety management.
