In order to study and study the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Building of the Party’s Ability to Govern, the Shanghai Philosophy Institute and the CPC Putuo District Party School held a joint seminar on October 16. More than 30 philosophical theorists, including universities and municipal Party schools and the Academy of Social Sciences, attended the symposium. The following summarizes the research. Some scholars pointed out that “decision” is full of dialectics of commonness and individuality. Wherever the government has its own universal laws, it can explore and acknowledge the general laws of governing activities and pay attention to the common characteristics of governing activities.
