在长期的教学中,受传统教育思想的影响,对学生的学习情况始终处于不放心、不放手的强化训练,无论是识字、写作、还是阅读都是施行满堂灌的教学模式,认为似乎这样才能让学生达到教师所期望的目标。岂不知,在提倡素质教育的今天,这种教育教学方法实在是一种落后,不太实际的教学方法,大大束缚了学生的思想个性,阻碍了学生充分发挥自身的潜力。因此,在近几年的教学活动中,我努力改变自己以前古老的作法。把学生们放在教育教学的“主体”地位,充分让他们展示其自身的才能,提高他们的学习兴趣。变以前的被动学为主动学,呆板学为灵活学,苦学为乐学。正是有了这种思想
