在第六届全国人民代表大会第一次会议期间,本刊记者走访了财政系统出席会议的三位代表,他们是江西省财政厅厅长李天培,河南省财政厅副厅长胡树理,贵州省财政厅副厅长孙树林。他们认为,国家财力不足,资金严重分散,是当前经济建设中最突出的问题,必须采取有力的措施来加以解决。三位代表完全拥护赵紫阳总理提出的“合理分配国民收入,提高财政收八在国民收入中的比重”的重要措施。他们还就集中资金,保证重点建设问题,发表了看法和意见。
During the first session of the Sixth National People’s Congress, our correspondents visited three representatives attended by the financial system. They were Li Tianpei, director of the Department of Finance of Jiangxi Province, Hu Shuli, deputy director of the Department of Finance of Henan Province, Deputy Director Sun Shulin Hall. In their view, the lack of financial resources and the serious dispersion of funds are the most prominent problems in the current economic construction. We must take effective measures to solve them. The three representatives fully support the important measures put forward by Premier Zhao Ziyang in “rationally allocating national income and raising the percentage of revenue collected in the national income.” They also expressed their opinions and opinions on how to concentrate their funds and ensure key construction issues.
