以淀粉为辅料制备的阿司匹林片,存放期间药片硬度增加,主药溶出度下降。以羟丙甲基纤维素溶液、低取代羟丙基纤维素制备的阿司匹林片,存放前后药片硬度、溶出度光明显改变;羧甲基淀粉钠不能改善阿司匹林片的崩解和主药溶出度。
Aspirin tablets prepared with starch as an excipient increased the hardness of the tablets during storage and decreased the dissolution rate of the main drug. Aspirin tablets prepared with hypromellose solution and low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose showed significant changes in hardness and dissolution rate before and after storage. Sodium carboxymethyl starch did not improve the dissolution and dissolution rate of aspirin tablets.
