心理战是比赛之前或比赛过程中,利用心理手段给对手在心理上产生一定的压力和错觉从而出现失误,而使我方占有优势或取得优势的一种战术。第21 届奥运会十项全能冠军B·詹纳认为“对于优秀运动员来说,20%是身体方面的较量,80%是心理上的挑战”。由此可见,当运动员在身体素质、技战术水平相当的情况下,心理战往往是提高胜算的关键。下面就介绍几种常用的心理战术,希望能对田径运动员有所帮助。
Psychological warfare is a tactic used before or during the competition to use psychological means to give opponents psychological pressure and illusion so as to make mistakes that give us advantages or advantages. The 21st Olympic champion decathlon champion B.
