处理各种铜基合金废料,生产再生铜,并从而进一步回收各种有价金属,做到充分的综合利用,是有色冶金工业中的重要问题之一。我国杂铜的性质比较复杂、分类工作也不够严格,在这样一种情况下,究竟采用那一种方法处理杂铜比较适合,各方面的意见是不一致的。因此,在目前提出这一问题来互相商讨、共同研究、得出结论,是具有重要意义的。本刊在第9期上曾发表过一篇专论:“关于杂铜冶炼的技术过程及其今后的改进”。我们竭诚地期待着各方面对于该文中所述各点,发表意见,提出更好的办法。本期秦声涛同志的一篇文章,就是针对这一专论而写出的。秦同志的意见非常宝贵,很值得重视。为了繁荣我国的科学,党中央提出了“百家争鸣”的方针。我们为了响应这一号召,现在首先提出关于“杂铜冶炼流程”的问题,欢迎大家踴跃参加讨论。
It is one of the most important problems in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry to deal with all kinds of copper-based alloy scrap, produce recycled copper, and further recover all kinds of valuable metals so that they can be fully utilized. In our country, the properties of the miscellaneous copper are complicated and the classification work is not strict enough. In such a situation, it is more suitable to deal with the miscellaneous copper by that one method. All opinions are inconsistent. Therefore, it is of great significance to raise the issue so as to discuss each other’s issues and work together to draw conclusions. This issue in the ninth issue has published a monograph: “on the technical process of smelting copper and its future improvements.” We sincerely hope that all parties will express their opinions and propose better solutions to the points mentioned in this article. An article written by Comrade Qin Shengtao in this issue is written in the light of this monograph. Comrade Qin’s opinions are very valuable and very worthy of attention. In order to prosper our science, the CPC Central Committee has put forward the principle of “one hundred schools of thought contend.” In order to respond to this call, we are now first to raise the issue of the “miscellaneous copper smelting process”. We are all welcome to participate in the discussion.
