用二阶导数紫外分光光度法测定汉防己甲素白蛋白微囊中汉防己甲素含量，可排除囊材的干扰，测得微囊中汉防己甲素的含量为（３７．８８±０．３０２）％（ｎ＝５）。方法操作简便、易行，结果准确可靠。
