目的了解南通市通州区农药中毒现状,为制定预防、控制农药中毒防治对策提供科学依据。方法通过健康危害监测信息系统,选取通州区2006—2012年农药中毒报告卡数据输出Excel,并用Excel建立数据库进行统计学分析。结果通州区2006—2012年共报告生活性农药中毒1 025例,死亡114例,病死率为11.12%;生活性农药中毒女性略高于男性,男女比例为1∶1.3;生活性农药中毒者平均年龄为(48.67±21.04)岁,以65岁及以上、35~45岁为主,占44.8/%;农药中毒全年均有发生,生活性农药中毒无明显季节性变化;杀虫剂是引起生活性农药中毒的主要类别,有778例,占75.9%。杀虫剂中排在首位的是有机磷类(627例,占80.6%),以甲胺磷(383例)、敌敌畏(74例)和乐果(42例)中毒为主,分别占61.1%、11.8%和6.7%;;其次是拟菊酯类(78例,占10.0%)。结论生活性农药中毒严重威胁群众的生命安全和健康,已成为社会重要的公共卫生问题,相关部门应加强农药监督、监管工作,制定有效的控制对策。
Objective To understand the status quo of pesticide poisoning in Tongzhou District of Nantong City and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods Through the information system of health hazard monitoring, the data of pesticide poisoning report card in 2006-2009 in Tongzhou District was selected to output Excel, and the database was established by Excel for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 025 cases of live pesticide poisoning were reported in Tongzhou District from 2006 to 2012, with 114 deaths and a case fatality rate of 11.12%. Women living with pesticide poisoning were slightly higher than men, with a male to female ratio of 1: 1.3. Conclusion Living poisoning seriously threatens people’s life safety and health and has become an important public health issue in the society. Relevant departments should strengthen pesticide supervision and supervision and work out effective control measures.
