目的:考察乳没搽剂的急性毒性及其抗炎、消肿、止痛的药效学作用。方法:以SD大鼠、昆明小鼠为受试动物,考察乳没搽剂的急性毒性;采用小鼠耳肿胀模型、足肿胀模型、热板致痛试验、醋酸扭体试验考察乳没搽剂的抗炎、消肿、止痛作用。结果:急性毒性试验显示,乳没搽剂经皮最大给药量达60 g/kg,24 h及随后一周内没有死亡。药效学试验结果表明,乳没搽剂高、中、低剂量组对雌、雄小鼠的耳肿胀抑制率分别为35.38%、35.26%、26.99%和27.06%、25.59%、22.25%;对雌、雄小鼠的足肿胀抑制率分别为24.31%、32.26%、7.62%和27.16%、46.42%、24.95%;对雌、雄小鼠的扭体镇痛率分别为16.22%、49.58%、11.04%和33.39%、19.29%、42.86%;热板试验中,乳没搽剂各剂量组与空白对照组比较差异不显著。结论:乳没搽剂经皮给药安全范围大,具有较好的消肿作用,对化学刺激引起的疼痛有一定的镇痛作用,但对物理刺激引起的疼痛止痛作用不明显。
Objective: To investigate the acute toxicity of latex no liniment and its anti-inflammatory, swelling, analgesic pharmacodynamic effect. Methods: SD rats and Kunming mice were used as experimental animals to investigate the acute toxicity of Ruiyu liniment. Ear swelling model, foot swelling model, hot plate pain test and acetic acid writhing test were used to investigate the effects of Ruikang liniment Anti-inflammatory, swelling, analgesic effect. RESULTS: Acute toxicity test showed that Ruiwei liniment had a maximum transdermal dose of 60 g / kg per day, 24 h and no death within a week. The results of pharmacodynamics test showed that the inhibition rates of ear swelling on the female and male mice were 35.38%, 35.26%, 26.99% and 27.06%, 25.59% and 22.25% respectively, The inhibition rates of foot swelling in female and male mice were 24.31%, 32.26%, 7.62% and 27.16%, 46.42% and 24.95%, respectively. The writhing analgesia rates of female and male mice were 16.22% and 49.58% 11.04% and 33.39%, 19.29% and 42.86% respectively. No significant difference was observed in the hot plate test between each dose group and the blank control group. Conclusion: Ruiwei liniment has a safe range of percutaneous administration, good swelling effect, certain analgesic effect on pain caused by chemical stimulation, but not obvious on pain-relieving pain caused by physical stimulation.
