患者女性．61岁，因劳累性胸闷胸痛半年多就诊。既往无高血压病史。查体：BP14/10kpa，心率72次/分，律齐，心直较低钝。心电图示：实性心律，V2－5ST段斜型下移0．2mv，T波浅倒。临床诊断：冠心病，心绞痛。给予复方丹参滴丸10粒，每天3次口服。服药第二天患者没头胀头痛，全

Physical examination: BP14/10kpa, heart rate 72 beats/min, regularity, low straightness. Electrocardiogram: Solid heart rhythm, V2-5 ST segment oblique down 0.2mv, T wave shallowly down. Clinical diagnosis: Coronary heart disease, angina pectoris. 10 pills of compound Danshen Dripping Pills were given orally 3 times a day.
