4月27日,环保部通报2017年一季度执行《环境保护法》配套办法及移送环境犯罪案件的情况。一季度案件数量较多的有山西、安徽、广东、浙江、福建等地,案件较少的有宁夏、吉林等地。环保部环境监察局局长田为勇介绍,一季度,全国适用《环境保护法》配套办法的案件总数4987件。与2016年一季度相比,案件总数增长195%。不过,田为勇也强调说,一季度,环境质量变差且案件为零的有秦皇岛市等19个城市。
On April 27, the MEP notified about the implementation of the “Environmental Protection Law” supporting measures and the transfer of environmental crime cases in the first quarter of 2017. In the first quarter, there are more cases in Shanxi, Anhui, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian and other places, with fewer cases including Ningxia and Jilin. Tian Weiyong, director of the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, introduced that in the first quarter, there were 4,987 cases that applied the “Environmental Protection Law” supporting measures in the country. Compared with the first quarter of 2016, the total number of cases increased by 195%. However, Tian Yong also stressed that in the first quarter, there were 19 cities such as Qinhuangdao City where the quality of the environment deteriorated and the case was zero.
