Ion chromatography is an extremely effective method of analyzing organic acids. In their search for new drugs, many new signs have been found in organic carboxylic acids. At present, there are few reports about the analysis of organic acids in Chinese medicine at home and abroad by ion chromatography. The determination of malic acid and oxalic acid in ephedra by ion chromatography has not been reported yet.
