集各国邮政经验之大成“邮政研究丛书”是万国邮政联盟(简称万国邮联)根据各国在邮政业务中所遇到的问题,以工作组或调查的方式开展专题研究的结果,也是各国邮政管理宝贵经验的结晶。专题研究的内容包括问题的产生及其性质,各国所采取的措施及其效果,目前尚存在的不足之处以及今后的趋势等。经过三至五年的研究形成报告,最后编写成“邮政研究丛书”,供各会员国参考、学习,以便改善各国的邮政业务。“邮政研究丛书”从1950年出版第一册以来,至今已有156册,其内容非常广泛,涉及邮政业务的各个
A Collection of Postal Experiences in Various Countries The “Postal Research Series” is the result of a special study carried out by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in the form of working groups or surveys based on the problems encountered by countries in the postal services.
