作者用舌下含化尼卡地平观察了47例原发性高血压病人的降压及血液动力学改变。结果显示,该药有明显扩张血管、降低后负荷及心肌耗氧量作用。但合并肺动脉高压者不宜应用。
The authors used sublingual nicardipine to observe the hypotensive and hemodynamic changes in 47 patients with essential hypertension. The results show that the drug significantly dilated blood vessels, reducing post-load and myocardial oxygen consumption. However, pulmonary hypertension should not be used.
