新常态是一个时期内我国经济发展的基本环境,产业结构升级是适应、引领新常态的重要举措。产业结构升级必然引发就业结构变动。通过分析产业数据和农民工监测调查数据,发现当前河南农民工对产业结构的适应性欠佳,这里既有农民工自身的问题,也与当前整体就业结构与产业结构不甚协调有关。建议完善农民工就业服务体系、加大农村教育投入、加强职业培训和继续教育,努力使农民工跟上产业结构升级的步伐。
The new normal is the basic environment for the economic development of our country in a period. The upgrading of industrial structure is an important measure to adapt and lead the new normal. The upgrading of industrial structure will inevitably lead to changes in employment structure. Through analyzing industrial data and monitoring data of migrant workers, it is found that current migrant workers in Henan Province have poor adaptability to industrial structure. There are not only the problems of migrant workers themselves, but also the lack of coordination between the overall employment structure and industrial structure. It is suggested to improve the employment service system for migrant workers, increase investment in rural education, strengthen vocational training and further education, and strive to keep migrant workers in step with the upgrading of their industrial structure.
