备课、上课、辅导、考试、阅卷、讲评等都是教学的重要环节.教学质量的提升是一个系统工程,牵一发而动全身,抓好每一个环节方能确保教学质量的提高.高中数学较为难学,课堂上能有三分之二的学生听懂已属不易.在这里,个别辅导就显得非常重要了.如何有效地开展好高中数学的个别辅导工作呢?这将是一个值得探讨的课题.为了做一些新的尝试,笔者结合一个学生所问的问题进行个别辅导,发现效果特别好.一、案例实录
