据财政部网站2013年9月24日报道,为贯彻落实中央八项规定,推进厉行节约反对浪费制度建设和改进会风,财政部、国家机关事务管理局、中共中央直属机关事务管理局于9月23日联合印发了《中央和国家机关会议费管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),进一步加强和规范会议费管理,节约会议经费开支。《办法》就会议年度计划和预算管理、会议分类和审批、会议费开支范围和报销标准等内容作出了详细规定。

The Measures provide detailed provisions on the annual plan and budget management of meetings, the classification and approval of meetings, the scope of expenses for meeting expenses and reimbursement standards.
