观察榄香烯乳胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。本文对62例恶性胸腔积液患者抽净胸水,再将榄香烯乳按200mg/m~2注入。结果恶性胸腔积液完全缓解(CR)38.7％(24/62),部分缓解(PR)46.8％(29/62),总有效率85.5％,无效(NC)14.5％(9/62)。毒副反应小,主要为胸痛、发热、胃肠道反应,提示用于胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效明显,毒副反应低。
The efficacy of intrapleural injection of elemene for treatment of malignant pleural effusion was observed. In this article, 62 patients with malignant pleural effusion were treated with pleural effusion, and then elemene milk was injected at 200 mg/m 2 . Results The complete mitral pleural effusion (CR) was 38.7% (24/62), the partial response (PR) was 46.8% (29/62), the total effective rate was 85.5%, and the invalid (NC) was 14.5% (9/62). The side effects of toxicity were small, mainly chest pain, fever, and gastrointestinal tract reactions, suggesting that the use of intrathoracic injection for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective and has low toxicity.
