赵文煜,山东曲阜人。山东艺术学院毕业,中央美术学院雕塑系结业。海军高级美术师,中国美术家协会会员,中国雕塑学会会员。雕塑作品曾多次参加全军、全国美展,并获奖。 主要作品:《回顾与展望》(获1982年全国纪念碑设计一等奖)、《共产主义战士——安业民》(获建军五十周年全国美展海军创作三等奖)、《海魂》(于1984年获第六届全国美展优秀作品奖、海军文艺创作一等奖)、《锚》、《抛缆》(分别参加第七、八、全国美展)、《书籍是人类进步的阶梯》、《无级》(参加新世纪的希望城雕方案展以及九届全国美展并获优秀奖)、《人与海豚》(于1989年立于北京复兴门立交桥并获海军文艺创作奖)。
