广安作为中国改革开放总设计师邓小平同志的故乡，国人关注、世界瞩目。广安的发展不仅关系广安的形象，而且关系四川和中国的形象。建设好广安不仅是广安的责任，也是全省人民的责任。当前广安经济发展还比较落后，人民还不富裕，与全国、全省相比有一定差距，亟待加快发展， Guang’an, as the hometown of Comrade Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China’s reform and opening up, has paid attention to the world and attracted worldwide attention.
