淮安六中秉承“构建幸福校园,成就幸福人生”的核心办学理念,牢固坚持“以爱和责任,让每一个人快乐生活、健康成长”的核心价值追求,培养“有爱心,有尊严,有情趣,负责任”的现代社会公民。寓爱于教,寓情于教,把幸福教育的理念,体现在各项教育活动之中,上升到教育理论的层面。初步形成有特色的校本教育观、校本管理观、校本质量观,并由此构成学校幸福教育的办学模式。
