一、前言鞍钢无缝钢管厂ф140机组原用的穿孔导板是Cr23Ni2铸钢的,经1140~1160℃固溶处理,炉冷到800℃出炉空冷后使用。由于质量差,经常断裂、粘钢,使用寿命只有2~5小时,严重影响钢管生产的产量和质量。我们新试制成功的Cr26Ni3SiTi穿孔导板,铸态使用就消除了断裂、熔化等缺陷,使用寿命提高到13~29小时,与日本穿孔导板相比,合金含量少,使用寿命高两倍以上。为了轧好石油管、不锈管,又试制成功具有我国特色的Cr30Ni5Si2Ti穿孔导板,使用寿命达24小时以上。与罗马尼亚Cr30Ni5相比,我们的导板薄,使用寿命却超过了他们。
