国内对海平区正常骨髓象已有多篇报导,但至今笔者手中资料未见有关高原地区骨髓调查材料,据此,我们在赴高原执行“六·二六”医疗工作的同时,对3800公尺世居的藏民,进行了骨髓涂片检查、现选择其中较满意的50例骨髓涂片进行分析,以供参考。一、对象: 本资料调查对象为该区的公社干部及牧民,目测健康,均经讯问病史及体检、并进行血液化验、心电图、X线摄影等普查项目检查、无明显器质性疾患,女性不在月经期及妊娠期。50例中,男性41人,年龄20-70岁,女性9例,年龄18-60岁。
